Aaron - this one is tough for me to Photoshop (even badly). Basically, the door is a 4x5 grid of black embossed images. In each, there are one or more characters, creatures, etc., and in each, a direction can be discerned. I'll explain what I mean in a second. Going around the border of the door are words in Old English:
"Hwæt. We Gardena in geardagum,
þeodcyninga, þrym gefrunon,
hu ða æþelingas ellen fremedon. Beginne ure jærne hither. v "
The first part is from Beowulf. The last part is faux Old English, and clearly translates to "begin your journey here" with the down arrow indicating the correct panel to start in (the lower right). In that panel, there is a woman looking heavenward, indicating you should move upward. Then a man pointing to the left, a man shooting an arrow diagonally up and to the left, someone digging downward, a man on a horse riding left, a flock of birds pointing up, a man pointing a sword diagonally up and to the right, a dragon breathing fire to the right, a woman holding a torch with the flame pointing up, and someone on their knees praying, also looking up... to the word "ellen", which is the password.
It doesn't matter where every other image points, but it should be clear, and there should be many decoy images pointing to other words around the border.
