Graphite on paper

A few weeks ago, my wife Erin's godmother Lois posted a pic of a photograph she saw at the New Mexico Museum of Art. She posted it because it touched her, and it affected me similarly. 
 
I did my best to recreate the image with graphite on slightly tanned drawing paper. I assume that this is a husband and wife, although the individual at left appears fairly androgynous (especially with the presence of what seems to be an Adam's apple), so I like to think that this is a couple of male lovers, or husbands. Regardless, the way they're holding hands is incredibly sweet.
